What kind of virtualization do you use?

We use KVM virtualization. This type of virtualization ensures that all allocated resources are fully at your disposal.

Can I get a trial period?

Yes, we offer a three days trial period. Just make an order, do not pay for it, and open a support ticket for requesting the test. Be sure to include your order number.

Where are your servers physically located?

Our servers are located in Saint Petersburg, Russia and in Riga, Latvia (EU).

How is bandwidth usage measured?

Traffic is unlimited! Each server has a connection with a capacity of 400 Mbit/s without traffic limits.

How can I test the speed or response time (ping) of your servers?

You can find our IP addresses and test files for download on the page ru-lg.forticom.net (Russia) and lv-lg.forticom.net (Latvia).

Is it possible to install my own OS?

Yes. With KVM it is possible to mount OS installation media (CD/DVD/ISO image) and make it visible as a VPS local CD/DVD ROM. After that, the installation will proceed as usual.

Do you offer IPv6 support?

Yes. Every virtual machine comes with one primary IPv6 address and IPv6 subnet /64.

Do you support multiple IPv4 addresses per VPS?

No. Every virtual machine comes with one primary IPv4 address.

Do you allow editing of reverse DNS records?

Yes, we allow custom reverse DNS entries for your virtual machine IPs. You can update reverse DNS information directly from your control panel.
